About these terms
These terms cover the PATH website at mypathhealth.org and the Path Health apps. PATH, Priority Access Telehealth, is provided by Path Health, LLC, called "we" and "us" below. By using the website or the apps you agree to these terms.
If your organization has a signed agreement with us, that agreement applies wherever it differs from these terms.
Medical care comes from your provider
Telehealth visits are provided by healthcare providers, who are responsible for the medical care and advice you receive. The website and apps are the tools you use to reach them.
Information on this website is general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a conversation with a healthcare provider.
About telehealth
A video visit is not the same as an examination in person. Your provider may decide that telehealth does not suit your concern and direct you to in-person care.
Visits depend on your phone, its camera and microphone, and your internet connection, and can be interrupted. If a visit drops and you need care urgently, call 911.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up and when you verify your identity.
- Keep your password to yourself. Your account is for you alone.
- Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Subscriptions and payments
Some services need a telehealth subscription or a payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you cancel a subscription, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Using PATH fairly
- Use the website and apps only to get, give or manage care.
- Do not try to reach information that belongs to someone else.
- Do not interfere with the service or try to get around its security.
Privacy and deleting your account
The privacy policy explains what we collect and how it is used. You can delete your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
